This reminds me of a certain company that gave online psych tests. I got an rejection email within an hour.

Friends that know me well just laughed when I told them.

I talked to others that work there later, the company had stopped doing that test due to complaints.

My conclusion was that you were supposed to lie to pass the test.

I have had many interviews where it was clear they want me to fit into some sort of box.
