When you buy from a reseller

My son’s laptop continuously crashed. I do not know how but he determined we needed to take to a certain electronics store to use their pc repair service.

At this point, I should mention we bought the laptop from a reseller on Amazon. I’ll be the first to admit I never figured out who the reseller was. The laptop was a gift from someone. I never got this aspect nailed…
