I went through that period where I went back to work because I thought it would be good and a good habit. Then the Delta variance hit. It was like a reality slap. I realized Going Back is dumb anyway. I've gone in twice to pick up my stuff and fix a laptop issue.

Now I use two tanks of gas a month instead of more than one a week.

I'll say this though, I feel like I work at home, and I don't have a home anymore. Yes, I have my own office.

I also miss going to lunch with colleagues.
